Chef, writer, founder of Victory Club, and creator of Chefanie Sheets... what hasn't she done? Learn about Stephanie "Chefanie" Nass in this short and sweet (pun intended) spotlight feature.
Can you share a little about what you do?
I am a chef, artist, and entrepreneur in New York City. 2 years ago, I founded my first business, Victory Club, a membership organization that hosts art-inspired meals in art spaces all over the world. Young professionals come together in museums, galleries, artists’ studios, and private art collections over the culinary and visual arts. My latest business is a line of pastry decorating sheets that look like wallpaper & can be applied to cakes, cookies, donuts, etc. They are called Chefanie Sheets. I also consult for food businesses on digital strategy.
My passion is bringing together food and art.
What does "community" mean to you?
To me, community is a group of people that have something in common. My community is the Victory Club members, who share passion for the culinary and visual arts and how they come together.
